Internal company communication about the current project status can often be complex, involving many communication paths. Moreover, the landscape of tools where various topics (like project status updates, software testing, technical project status, merge requests, and pipeline status) arefound is often unclear. Even with regular stand-ups and dailies release managers, product managers, and project managers still need information about the project’s live status. Logging into multiple tools to retrieve and reconcile information tends to be more demanding than simply asking an employee about the status. As a result, meetings are often convened to discuss project progress, disrupting the employees’ daily workflow and potentially extending a 15-minutestand-up into a longer meeting.

The aim of the BeeAI framework is to provide a fact-based foundation for further queries in a chattool. The communication should feel as if someone were personally asking about the project status. It answers specific questions about software testing status or pipeline status, and consolidates this information from various tools.
The BeeAI chatbot collects information from respective API-based tools and presents it in a summary, even providing small details through targeted follow-up questions. The BeeAIframework can be tailored to a company’s specific needs with minimal effort. Also covering typos,search functions, and other special features.
Any API-based tool within a company can be integrated into the BeeAI framework. BeeAI can also be integrated into various chat tools, such as Slack or Google Chat, with just a few mouse clicks.The BeeAI framework is based on a Large Language Model (LLM). The architecture of the framework is LLM-independent, which gives companies the freedom to work with or without a specific LLM.
BeeAI does not store project data in a database, as the rights management lies with the respective linked tools. Two-factor authentication and OAuth 2.0 are integrated into the system. All details are shown in a demo. Feel free to contact us.

Adarsh Mehta, the founder of BeeInnovations GmbH, has extensive experience in various roles, including software developer, project lead, development software manager, and project manager.
“I have personally experienced the challenge of being overwhelmed with information from various tools in a company. Costly meetings were held just to clarify the project status. Although regular team-management communication is important and should be continued, it should not disrupt the team’s daily work. By using the BeeAI chatbot to gather information beforehand, project status meetings can be more focused.
